With another heat wave blazing toward Los Angeles this week, it'll be some time before we start trying to channel the holiday spirit. But KIIS FM is here to help by announcing the 2015 Jingle Ball lineup earlier today.
One Direction, The Weeknd, Selena Gomez, 5 Seconds of Summer, Ellie Goulding, Shawn Mendes, Tove Lo, Charlie Puth, Zedd, Hailee Steinfeld, Conrad Sewell and Joe Jonas' DNCE will all perform, according to an announcement made by Ryan Seacrest, who will host the show along with the rest of his on-air team. The festival will take place at Staples Center in Downtown LA on December 4, starting at 7:30pm.
Advance ticket sales will be available to Capital One (the event's sponsor) cardholders only through a pre-sale starting Tuesday at 10am PT that will run until 10am PT on Friday. The following Monday, October 12, the remaining tickets will go on sale to the general public at 10am. $1 from each ticket sold goes to the Ryan Seacrest Foundation.
The Foundation's executive director and COO Meredith Seacrest released an official statement welcoming the financial support: "The Ryan Seacrest Foundation is proud to team up with Jingle Ball for the third year in a row, allowing us to raise more funds and awareness for our work with children's hospitals across the country," she said. "We love being a part of this concert tour and are truly grateful for all iHeartMedia does to help us lift the spirits of young patients and their families."
Jingle Ball 2015 is part of the iHeartRadio Jingle Ball tour which will also hit cities including Dallas, San Francisco/Oakland, Minneapolis, Philadelphia, Boston, New York, Chicago, Miami/Fort Lauderdale and Tampa.
