Cento Pasta Bar, the pop-up pasta concept in Downtown's Mignon Wine Bar, is now open on Saturdays, and they're celebrating the occasion with an All You Can Eat and All You Can Drink pasta and wine party on Saturday, March 19. AYCE pasta... as in, as much pasta you can fit in your stomach. There hasn't been a deal so tempting since Olive Garden's unlimited soup, salad and breadsticks lunch.
The pasta bar has been cranking out fantastic plates of noodles for a few months now, including spaghetti with uni and chilies, orecchiette with honey and cream, and gnocchi with salt cod. Chef Avner Lavi changes up the menu every week, and while the menu hasn't been set for the event yet, we know that whatever he lands on will be outstanding. Mignon's Santos Uy will be selecting the wine, which will also be unending.
Tickets can be purchased for $45 (including tax and tip) here, but they're going quickly; choose from either a 11am or 1pm seating. And we're just going on a hunch here, but maybe skip breakfast that morning. You'll need the stomach space.
