Feeling pretty bummed that Nasty Gal filed for bankruptcy earlier this year? Can't get enough of the Girlboss herself, Miss Sophia Amoruso? Well, this spring, you're in luck.

On March 4, the inaugural Girlboss Rally comes to Los Angeles, gathering 500 women to share on topics built to help women get ahead. Who are these 500 women? According to the Girlboss Rally website, they are "the next generation of curious creatives, entrepreneurs, thought leaders, and tastemakers." And you, if you've got $350 to spare. (Going with friends? Get a discount of two tickets for $300 each. Rather go in style? VIP tickets will run you $600.)

So what exactly does a ticket to the Girlboss Rally get you? The day is broken down into curated panels, fireside chats, speed-networking, and, of course, a little time to eat, drink, mingle and post to social media. Attendees will meet and network with other talented, like-minded women while developing tips and tricks from one another, whether on marketing and brand building to getting a raise or quitting a job. They'll also hear from an incredibly impressive list speakers including Amoruso herself, the editor of Teen Vogue, the founder of Moon Juice, the founder and CEO of Bumble, the COO of Vice Media, artists, actors, journalists and more.

To sweeten the deal, you'll also get some pretty nice perks along with your admission:

Breakfast and coffee bar, lunch and cocktail hour

Unlimited coffee, fresh-pressed juice and healthy snacks all day

Access to an invite-only Girlboss Facebook group

"Girlboss shots," professional photos to step up your LinkedIn game

"Glam Bam Thank You Mam [sic]" hair, nail and beauty treatments in between sessions

A "Girlboss Guerilla Kit," which as far as we can tell is just some pens and notepads (if you're a girlboss, you've got this covered already)

A gift bag valued at $200

If you're a VIP, expect an invite to the exclusive Speaker Cocktail Hour, held on March 3, as well as VIP parking, a VIP lounge, VIP fast-tracking throughout the day, first pick of speakers and panels, and a gift bag worth $350.

Regardless of what type of ticket you buy, 10 percent of proceeds will go to the Girlboss Foundation, Amoruso's non-profit that awards financial grants to women in the worlds of design, fashion, music and the arts.
