KCRW is once again making a case for one of the best things to do this summer with a free concert series in Century City.

Sound in Focus reunites the local radio station with the Annenberg Space for Photography for a string of free shows on Saturday evenings in July. As the tunes take over the Century Park lawn, the adjacent free museum will keep its doors open late, until 11pm.

Here's the full schedule below, which is part of the larger KCRW Summer Nights series:

July 9: Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros with Imarhan and Jason Bentley

July 16: TBA

July 23: Nas with Wild Belle and Garth Trinidad

There's no word yet about that July 16 show, but considering last year's lineup—which featured the likes of TV On the Radio, De La Soul, Dwight Yoakam, X and Cold War Kids—you can expect that second unannounced date to be just as eclectic.

Though the concerts are free, you're required to RSVP for each (each RSVP allows for up to two guests). However, that doesn't guarantee entry; you'll need to show up early (lines begin at 4pm, doors at 5pm) to secure a spot. Flat rate parking is available for only $1 (cash only), and you're welcome to bring your own food, blankets and sealed water bottles (there's a gathering of food trucks and a beer garden once inside). You can find out more information about the series, including ticket links and arrival info, on the Sound in Focus website.
