In-N-Out burgers are pretty much universally loved, and arguably LA's finest. But unless you're within reach of the few hundred locations on the West Coast and in Texas, that fresh, juicy, affordable goodness is sadly unavailable. Until now!
Well... sort of. Reddit user Muskwa posted their attempt to recreate the iconic California dietary staple to much online fanfare. And from the photos, it looks pretty close to the actual thing.
The tutorial takes a crack at the Animal Sauce, which our new favorite Internet chef calls "pretty much just thousand island dressing, but it's a little more fun making your own."

Is that you, In-N-Out? "It wasn't perfect but pretty damn close," Muskwa writes, which is about all we could ask for. Besides, perfectly recreating the original masterpiece would mean we wouldn't be able to hold In-N-Out over our non-West Coast friends anymore, and we're not willing to let that go just yet.
