Single readers, you're in luck. Each week, Time Out will feature one of our very own smart, sexy, eligible buddies for your potential dating pleasure. No crazies, no creeps, no pressure. Enjoy!

Do you have a single friend who's a total catch? Nominate them below.

Haley was recommended by her friend Juliet: "I have this friend, Haley. When I first moved here, she helped me fall in love with Los Angeles due to her inspiring amount of positive energy (and her homemade cold-pressed juices). She's a mix of down-home Southern hospitality and West coast sass; a food blogger, social butterfly and talented photographer. With her, I can count on all the bases being covered: amazing home-cooked food, a great hole-in-the-wall bar for a round or two afterward and gorgeous photos to document it all. I promise there's no better chick to spend a Friday night with—bonus points if you have a labradoodle."

Here's Haley, in her own words:

What LA stereotype do you live up to? I'm a sugar-free, gluten-free vegan, so I've pretty much checked all the boxes on that one.

What's your favorite neighborhood in LA? I don't know about neighborhood, per se, but I'm an Eastside girl through and through. You've got to be pretty damn special to get me to go to the Westside.

Beach, mountains or desert? Mountains... I need that fresh air, plus I love hiking.

Dive bar, cocktail bar or juice bar? I'm mostly a juice bar girl by day, a dive bar girl by afternoon and in bed by night.

What's your ideal first date spot and why? I'm always down for something active, like hiking. And a picnic at Silver Lake Meadow would be pretty swell.
