Beat the heat and celebrate the grand opening of McConnell's second LA shop this Thursday with the best treat in the world (especially on an 82-degree day): free ice cream.
The brand-new Studio City location (12073 Ventura Place) will be slinging free scoops from 3 to 8pm in a variety of McConnell's 22 flavors, featuring both seasonal selections as well as classics like Salted Caramel Chip, Vanilla Bean and our personal favorite, Eureka Lemon & Marionberry. There will also be a selection of shakes, sundaes, ice cream sandwiches and floats on offer, though those you'll have to pay for.
