Flume and Major Lazer have been confirmed to headline this year’s Air + Style Festival. The annual weekend of music and snowboarding (yes, competitive snowboarders doing their thing right here in L.A.) always packs the lineup with energetic pop, dance and hip-hop acts, and 2017 is no exception.
In addition to Major Lazer and Flume, you’ll find the likes of St. Lucia, Louis the Child and YG, all hot off of sold-out recent shows at venues all over town. You’ll also hear Marian Hill, Chromeo, TV on the Radio, Vic Mensa and other huge names from two stages at Exposition Park.
While your eyes and ears might be glued to the performers most of the day, it would be hard to miss the 16-story-tall snowboard jump and exhibition area. The festival is curated each year by Olympic medalist and snowboard celebrity Shaun White, who brings out some of the world’s best in the sport for a ‘big air’ showdown.
Tickets are on sale for this all-ages, family-friendly festival. Know any kids who are budding snowboarders (or budding YG fans, as the case may be)? Any under-10s get in for free with ticket-holding adults.
This is the third year for Air + Style. In addition to this event in L.A., they’ll also be taking the show on the road for events in Beijing, China and Innsbruck, Austria, for a truly global experience.
Air + Style Los Angeles takes place February 18 and 19, 2017, at Exposition Park. Tickets are available now for $139 to $299.
