There seems to be so many awesome parties going on throughout L.A. every night from promoters who cater to every different taste and style that it can be difficult to choose where to go. So what if they all joined forces under one roof for a crazy sampler platter of a party? For one night only, that’s happening—and, even better, it’s for a good cause.
Spearheaded by IHEARTCOMIX, L.A. Gives Back: A Special Holiday Benefit for L.A.’s Homeless brings together the forces of Brownies and Lemonade, Ham on Everything, Emo Nite L.A., Space Yacht, Late Night Laggers, Free Grilled Cheese and Restless Nites so you can mosey from room to room to shimmy around to everything from pop punk to hip hop to electronic dance DJs in six different curated spaces.
Specifics of the lineup are under wraps for now, but with all the influential organizers involved in this event, it’s clear they will be bringing together impressive talent and amazing stylistic diversity.
All of the event's profits will be donated to local charities that serve the L.A. homeless population. There will also be a drive to collect toys, clothing, food and toiletry products.
L.A. Gives Back: A Special Holiday Benefit for L.A.’s Homeless takes place on Wednesday, Dec 21, at Union. Tickets are available in advance for $20 to $25. The event is open to ages 18 and up.
