Before you get too excited, know this: Edin Park won't be opening until the end of next year.

But in the meantime, there's plenty of daydreaming to be done around the 50,000-square-foot space, which will sit at the corner of Edinburgh and Beverly. More than 30 restaurants will occupy the two-storied structure (plus a rooftop), and while there's no word yet on which concepts are moving in, we do know that chef Octavio Becerra (Acabar) has secured one of the spots. In addition to the vendor space, there will be a 1,500-square-foot dining area where visitors can order from multiple eateries at once from table-side tablets. Seating for 600 will include the rooftop and patio, and there will be 300 on-site parking spaces.

In addition to the food stalls, Edin Park will feature 13 fitness and retail tenants on the second floor (who wants to bet on a SoulCycle moving in?).

We'll keep you updated on the list of tenants as they sign their lease, but who would you like to see occupy Edin Park? Let us know in the comments below!
