Negroni Week kicks off today, uniting bars around the world to both celebrate the classic cocktail and raise funds for hundreds of charities. The event, presented by Imbibe Magazine and Campari, runs until June 7, and you'll find participating bars mixing up versions of the cocktail (traditionally made with Campari, gin and vermouth). The best part: for every cocktail purchased, part of the proceeds will go towards the bar's chosen charity. Here are our top places to stop by for a drink during Negroni Week:
