No, you're not color blind—that was a white party you ran into last Friday night in Downtown Los Angeles. Celebrating its third year in L.A., Dîner en Blanc overtook the Music Center for a few hours with a gathering of 2,000 revelers donning their very best white outfits. After congregating in groups before the secret location was revealed, attendees walked or took public transportation to the beautifully lit locale, where tables were then set up and decked out in elaborate, glowing centerpieces and picnic baskets were unpacked with homemade goodies. Apothic White wine flowed, circus acts entertained and lively music transformed the space into a festive and, dare we say, colorful fête.
