BUST magazine is bringing its award-winning indie craft fair (originally started in Brooklyn) to LA this weekend for hands-on shopping, crafting, snacking and kitten-cuddling. The fair will host local makeup artists, an interactive screenprinting exhibit, indie cosmetic companies and some of LA's best craft vendors to get you pumped and pretty for spring and summer. Peruse the wares, dance to live DJs, DIY a craft of your very own at various crafting stations (friendship bracelets! flower crowns!) and enjoy fair fare from the Middle Feast (Food Network's The Great Food Truck Race season five champs) and Funky Chef Café. Bonus: Be one of the first 200 people to arrive and you'll walk away with a sweet swag bag.

Oh, and about those kittens: Kitty Bungalow, a non-profit dedicated to socializing, neutering and finding homes for feral kittens and cats, will have eight kittens on hand for quality cuddle time. Each of the eight will be adoptable, but even if you're not looking to take home a new friend, you can still stop by for some pets and some info about future adoptions, training classes and feral cat rescue.

The BUST Craftacular will take place on Saturday, May 7, from 11am to 7pm at Superchief Gallery (739 Kohler St, 90021). Admission is $3, and free parking will be available all day across the street at 730 Kohler St.
