Today may be the first day of Coachella, but everyone's talking about Goldenvoice's reported new mega concert. According to the LA Times, the Coachella organizers are planning a three-day festival featuring headliners Bob Dylan, the Rolling Stones, Neil Young, Paul McCartney, the Who and Roger Waters of Pink Floyd—yep, that'll be one helluva concert.

According to the Times, the event would take place this year from October 7-9 at the Empire Polo Fields in Indio, already home to Coachella and Stagecoach. The Times' report doesn't name their sources, instead siting them as "people close to the situation," but they sound pretty certain this is going to go down. Hopefully these sources aren't messing with our emotions; these legendary bands have never all performed together, so this has all the makings of a historic moment we won't want to miss.

But given the price of Coachella and Stagecoach tickets, we have to wonder how much admission to this event is going to cost us. Will it have a Coachella vibe with camping, food trucks and the like? Guess we're going to have to wait and see. All we know is we're going to start saving our cash... like right now.
