Caltrans sign accidentally supports Donald Trump for president

Not every holiday season can be the idealistic film, feast and gift extravaganza that we wish it could be. But your Christmas was almost definitely better than the Caltrans spokesperson who had to explain why a sign on the 15 Freeway in Corona was an advertisement for Donald Trump's presidential campaign.

The explanation was simple—it got hacked. But that didn't stop a video posted online on Christmas from going viral.

The video, posted by Nikki Miles Worden on Facebook, shows the sign flashing "Inland Empire supports Donald Trump. Merry Xmas. Vote Donald Trump." As this story goes live, it has almost half a million views.

The sign was fixed back to its original message on Sunday.
