5 Inglewood apartment rentals not too far from the Ram's future stadium

Ever since the NFL announced that the Rams are returning to LA, that big answer has only generated more questions. Some, such as "Where will they play?" and "Will the Chargers come too?" have already been answered (Inglewood, eventually; not right now). But other questions remain unanswered, and will be until construction progress plays out and the team moves in.

One question still on the table is how the new stadium will impact real estate in Inglewood, and the city's economy overall. A recent column in the LA Times called the land around the stadium "about as close to an urban clean slate as it is possible to find in the middle of increasingly dense and expensive Greater Los Angeles."

A graphic, courtesy of Zumper, shows the average rental prices in Inglewood based on current listings, and compared to citywide averages in Los Angeles, they're pretty low.

Look: we're not saying that you should pick up and move to Inglewood, but it will be interesting to watch how this city changes over the course of the next few years until the stadium opens (estimated 2019). These five apartments, currently available for rent, reflect how Inglewood looks today.
