This rooftop bar and restaurant carries a little of the flavor of its sibling concept, Hinoki and the Bird, with Japanese flavor worked into Californian, Mexican and Chinese dishes—but Sorra's also got all the glamour of Hollywood: sky-high views of what feels like the whole city.
