Time Out says

There's almost nothing better than sipping cocktails on a breezy rooftop in the heat of summer—unless, of course, those cocktails are also raising money for a great cause.

Every Thursday from 5 to 9pm, Eataly's alfresco restaurant and bar, Terra, is offering drinks from a rotating cast of L.A.-based guest bartenders, distillers and spirits companies, where a portion from every pop-up cocktail benefits Restaurants Care, a foundation that supports California restaurant and bar industry members in need—and right now, almost all of the industry is in need.

In August, stop by for special drinks from the Ventura Spirits team, who'll be stirring and shaking up four fundraising cocktails each visit: the Amaro Angeleno spritz (made with prosecco and their wildly delicious Amaro Angeleno); the Wild Side, made with gin, lime juice, simple syrup, cucumber and sage; the Golden Negroni, made with gin, Amaro Angeleno and vermouth; and a Limon Collins comprised of limoncello, vodka, lemon juice and club soda.

While you're sipping and taking in the views of Beverly Hills and Century City, we recommend some of Terra's wood-fired arrosticini meat skewers and a fresh pasta or two.
