Stylish midcentury design sofas, daybeds and tables adorn the space, while bar director Chris Raba makes craft cocktails behind Bolita’s glittering mirror-backed bar. Patrons can also dig into excellent weekly rotating pie slices as they sip on drinks like the vodka-based Paradise City, which incorporates lemon verbena, turmeric, hibiscus bitters and Thai basil into a refreshing, bubbly Guns N’ Roses-inspired concoction. If you’re in the mood for something more classically Cuban, spring for the Cuba Libre-inspired Benny “the Jet” Rodriguez or the (arrogantly) Improved Hotel Nacional.
