Nothing says primavera like flowers and spritzes, and to welcome spring, Eataly L.A. is transforming one of its restaurants into a pop-up bar—and also a flower field.
Find the temporary Bar Fiorito "blooming" in the space normally occupied solely by La Pizza & La Pasta, where dozens of lush flowers and artful paper streamers now hang from the cieling to form a colorful sky you can sip beneath. (And yes, you can still order pizza and pasta.)
Because it wouldn't be an Italian garden party without an Aperol spritz, you'd better believe Bar Fiorito will have one on the menu—plus eight spins on the classic—and more original tipples such as the West Side made with gin, Luxardo Bitter, rhubarb and cucumber.
If you want to celebrate spring without the booze, look for the non-alcoholic concoctions, some made with grapefruit, strawberries and aromatics, and no matter what you're sipping, you can also drop by for Bar Fiorito's aperitivo happy hour (weekdays from 3 to 6pm) for small bites and specials.
