Note: Parts of Topanga State Park have been destroyed by the Palisades Fire, including the historic Topanga Ranch Motel and additional structures. The park will remain closed until further notice.
Offering some of the Santa Monica Mountains' most popular hikes, Topanga State Park snakes its way through rugged terrain and breathtaking peaks with 36 miles of trail. There are multiple options for hikers, mountainbikers and equestrians, as well as those bringing along their pups. Stay for the day or camp out overnight in one of the campsites—just be sure to trek to Vista Point, which overlooks the Pacific.
