Stronger Shines the Light Inside

Local photographer Angie Smith’s ongoing project documents the personal stories of refugees who have resettled in America. Smith began her project in Boise, Idaho and has since expanded her focus to Salt Lake City; Albany, New York; and here in Los Angeles.
