Iain Forsyth & Jane Pollard: 'Romeo Echo Delta'

New 30-minute sound work which explores radio hoaxes and panic broadcasts, focused on Father Ronald Knox's fictional account of a live London riot 'Broadcasting the Barricades' which aired on BBC radio in 1926 and Orson Welles's 1938 radio broadcast of H G Wells's account of an alien invasion 'War of the Worlds'.
