HOW TO ENTER

This competition is organised by Time Out England Limited, company number 01782049 with registered offices at 1^st Floor, 172 Drury Lane, London WC2B 5QR (“Time Out”). Please enter by posting a picture to your Instagram story of the Lakes & Mountains Summer Sessions: Paddleboarding event, presented by Time Out and TUI Lakes & Mountains, on Saturday 12th August 2023 at 1:30pm located at St Katherine's Docks, 50 St Katherine's Way, London E1W 1LA, firstly follow and then tag @timeoutlondon and @tuilakes using the hashtag #TLMSummerSessions (the “Entry”). Submit your Entry between Saturday 12th August 2023 and Sunday 13th August 2023 for your chance to win one (1x) Jobe Yarra 10ft.6" (320cm) paddle board with one (1x) adjustable aluminium paddle, one (1x) coiled leash, one (1x) backpack and one (1x) pump (the “Competition”).

 GENERAL COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The Competition begins at 1:30pm on Saturday 12th August 2023 (the “Start Date”). The Competition closes at 11:45pm on Sunday 13th August 2023 (the “End Date”).

1. The Competition is open to all UK residents over the age of 18, except employees of Time Out, its agents, contractors and their family members.
2. Multiple entries will not be accepted.
3. By uploading your Entry, you understand that you are entering the Competition and agree to these Competition rules (the “Rules”). Time Out reserves the right to exclude any Entry from the Competition at any time if they have a reason to believe that the entrant has breached any of the Rules.
4. Copyright in all Entries submitted for this Competition remains with the respective entrants. However, entrants agree that by submitting an Entry to the Competition, they grant Time Out a royalty free, perpetual irrevocable worldwide licence to use and republish their Entry. This includes sharing the Entry through social media and publication by Time Out worldwide in any of their publications, their websites and/or in any promotional material.
5. The winner will be selected at random from a computer-generated ballot.
6. The prize package includes one (1x) Jobe Yarra 10ft.6" (320cm) paddle board with one (1x) adjustable aluminium paddle, one (1x) coiled leash, one (1x) backpack and one (1) pump (the “Prize Package”).
7. The winner must be aged 18 or over. All entries must be submitted by the original photographer of the photograph who must be the exclusive owner of all photographs submitted by him/her/them to the Competition.
8. The winner may be required to participate in publicity which may include having their photograph taken for promotional and press purposes. 
9. It is the responsibility of the entrant to obtain any publication rights and/or release rights before Entries are entered into the Competition. Time Out and will not accept any responsibility for the publication of Entries which do not have publication rights and/or release rights cleared by the photographer of the Entry. Publication rights and/or release rights may need to be cleared by the photographer if they include the names, likenesses, photographs, videos or similar of any individual without their express permission.
10. Entrants must post their Entry on their Instagram account and ensure it is public until the End Date. Entries posted on a private Instagram account will not be valid.
11. The Prize Package will be provided by Time Out.
12. The winner will be notified by Time Out within five (5) days of the End Date by direct message on Instagram. The winner may be asked to provide identification. Any winner who is not contactable or who fails to return contact within seventy-two (72) hours of notification will be disqualified, they thereby forfeit their right to the prize, no compensation will be given and a reserve entrant will be selected as an alternative winner.
13. The names of the winner may be obtained by sending a written request with a stamped addressed envelope stating which competition you would like the winner’s details for, to Time Out England Limited, 1^st Floor, 172 Drury Lane, London WC2B 5QR or by email to competitions@timeout.com by Friday 15th September 2023.
14. Any winners’ details shared will be limited to surname and country only, in accordance with ASA guidelines on the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation.
15. The Prize Package is non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable.
16. Time Out accepts no responsibility for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to lost, delayed or not received Entries or winner notifications that are the result of events outside Time Out's control.
17. Time Out accepts no liability for any loss or damage howsoever caused, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss or damage or personal injury (with the exception of death or personal injury caused by Time Out own negligence) suffered or sustained in connection with the Prize Package.
18. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, and if necessary to do so, Time Out reserves the right to substitute the Prize Package for an alternative of equal or greater value.
19. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of Time Out and which prevents Time Out from complying with the Rules, then Time Out will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing their obligations. Time Out reserves the right to modify, delay, postpone or cancel the Competition in the event of circumstances outside of its reasonable control.
20. This Competition and the Rules shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
21. By entering the Competition, all entrants consent to the processing of their personal data by Time Out for the purposes of administration of this Competition.
22. The Competition promoter is Time Out England Limited 1^st Floor, 172 Drury Lane, London WC2B 5QR and all references to Time Out shall mean Time Out England Limited. Time Out shall have the right to license all and any rights granted to Time Out to its associated companies and licensees.

SPECIFIC PRIZE TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Collection of the Prize Package

• The winner must collect the Prize Package from Time Out's office located at 172 Drury Lane, London, WC2B 5QR at a time and date agreed by the winner and Time Out prior to the collection date.
• Transport to and from Time Out's office for the purpose of collection is not included in the Prize Package.
• The Prize Package may not be collected and/or claimed by a third party on your behalf.
• Any uncollected and/or unclaimed Prize Package shall remain the property of Time Out.

2. Miscellaneous

• This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.
• There is no cash alternative for the Prize Package.
