Time Out says

Pantechnicon is celebrating the Year of the Tiger, or the Tora in Japanese, in style, with a range of specially-crafted dishes, drinks, and events, that will bring out the strong, brave, and determined tiger in each of you.

Go down to Pantechnicon to try their new dessert (a fluffy melon pan bun), indulge in a seasonal zodiac inspired cocktail, and purchase ornamental zodiac coasters for your home.

If you’re feeling creative, you can try one of their exciting new events. Make your very own London Miso at a fermentation workshop on January 29th, where Japanese chef and teacher Yuki Gomi will help you learn the basics of the complex miso-making process.

Or combine the spirit of the tiger with vegaunary and enjoy a five-course plant based meal (January 15th and 13th February) created by 2011 Masterchef winner Tim Anderson.

And for dessert? Between the 3rd and 31st of January you can get your hands on 19 different types of wagashi sweets, created by famed Japanese confectioners Minamoto Kitchoan.

If you would rather celebrate The Year of the Tiger in the comfort of your own home, you can download Pantechnicon’s complimentary arts pack and discover which zodiac animal you are!
