Wunderbar at Pergola Paddington

West London’s chameleon-like rooftop destination Pergola Paddington will be once again be transforming into Bavarian beer hall festooned with garlands, streamers and flower-laden barrels this autumn. Head down to the excellently-named ‘Wunderbar’ throughout October for a horn-blaring, stein-sloshing knees-up featuring gallons of German beer and Schnapps, Bavarian snackage, DJs and live oom-pah bands. A range of different packages are on offer, from bottomless Bavarian brunches on Saturdays to Fantastisch Fridays where you can get das Wochenende started with a bang. Camden Town Brewery are knocking out a special edition Wunderbeer for the occasion, and there’ll be a host of special events throughout the month, including a pooch-friendly Day of the Dachshund party on October 9 and a Halloween special on October 31. Lederhosen are very much encouraged.
