Whisky Tide Wave

A series of booze-fuelled events giving guests the chance to samples some fine whiskies. The programme includes masterclasses with Glenfiddich (Jan 17-19), a Butchery and Bourbon evening (Feb 22-23, Mar 1), and lessons in cocktail making, courtesy of Four Roses Bourbon (Jan 12, 23, Feb 9).
