We Found Joy in a Hopeless Place

Join this evening of poetry on the theme of ‘Joy & Dissent’ at Hackney Showroom. The verse kicks off with with Sophie Fenella who will perform an extract from her solo show ‘Everything is Going to be Fine’, followed by a performance of ‘The Footsteps of Water’ by the late Iranian poet Sohrab Sepehri performed by an all-female company of actors – Laura Hanna, Mimi Ndiweni, Amelia Grant, Asha Reid & Beth Park.
