These walking tours led by volunteer guides explore sites and stories relevant to both World Wars at Kew. Visitors will take in the classically inspired Temple of Arethusa with it's bronze memorial plaque commemorating Kew's fallen members, and former sites of air raid shelters and bomb damage. This tour digs a little deeper with stories of social change, the influx of women working at Kew and wartime medicinal plants.
