Time Out says

This five-day festival celebrates the enormous talent and achievements of legendary master of menace Vincent Price. Known for his villainous rolls in horror and fantasy films in the 60s and 70s and for spoofing his screen persona on shows like The Muppet Show and The Brady Bunch. Even if you don't think you've heard of him you'll recognise his iconic voice and spooky laugh from the introduction to Michael Jackson's Thriller.

The festival has been organised by blogger Peter Fuller and the actor's daughter Victoria Price. Together the two have put together a fascinating sounding programme of events including film location visits, screenings, tastings (he also wrote a cookbook with his wife Mary!) and performances.

Highlights include an excursion of Grim's Dyke Hotel the location of 1970s cult horror classic Cry of the Banshee (Thursday November 5), a multi-media presentation featuring unseen home footage by Victoria Price about her father at Barts Pathology Museum (Friday November 6) and the launch the 50th anniversary edition of ‘A Treasury of Great Recipes’ where guests will be treated to breakfast in Harrods and a tour of the food halls before they are open to the public.

Have a look at the legacy website here for the full line up and to book tickets which range from £5-£90 and are selling fast. For mega-fans there is also a Golden Ticket option, which includes access to all the events plus extra goodies for £575.
