ViennaSphere

One of Vienna's major features is the ring road which surrounds is Inner Stadt district. To celebrate the 150th birthday of the Ringstrasse the Vienna Tourist Board are bringing a multimedia installation to Somerset House's courtyard. The ViennaSphere is 22 metres wide, 20 metres high and provides a canvas for both external and internal projections. Visitors can walk into the dome to admire the 360° projections of the Ringstrasse's architecture and environments. The 60th Eurovision Song Contest takes place in Austria this year following Conchita Wurst's triumph in 2014, so the event will also feature in the imagery.
