VE Day Celebration

Flick those Vs at this annual celebration of Victory in Europe Day which transports visitors back to the 1940s for a weekend of re-enactments, street parties, military vehicles, performance and food form the Home Front period. German and Allied re-enactors will get into skirmishes, costumed soldiers and civilians will answer questions about wartime life and aerial acrobatics will make the sky altogether more exciting. The event is free with admission.
