Valentine’s Afternoon Tea at The Parlour

Great Scotland Yard might not be a name that typically makes your knees weak and your heart flutter. These days, though, the former police HQ is a bougie hotel and has been transformed into an elegant venue where romance could blossom. Test it out for yourself at its special Valentine’s afternoon tea events, which take inspiraction from the Jo Loves fragrance line, and aims to celebrate love through taste and smells. On the menu, you’ll find savoury treats (pumpkin and porcini quiche, lobster roll with pickle kohlrabi and more), plain and white chocolate scones, and tea cakes and pastries that feature flavours like pistachio and rose, pink Veuve Cliquot champagne and strawberry, and coconut and caramelised white chocolate. Each bite will be accompanied by teas paired to enhance the flavours, or sparkling rosé.
