Time Out says

One of the city's grisliest secrets is opening its doors, so the public can grab a rare chance to check out its macabre collections. The UCL Pathology Museum dates back to the 1800s and is usually reserved for the eyes of medical students. Over 2,000 specimens of human remains are held here in glass jars, including a sword swallower’s oesophagus, skin from a circus’s tattooed man, and a variety of specimens of historical well-known diseases like rickets and tuberculosis. The collection is arranged by organ within organ systems so visitors can, conceptually, walk through the human body, while other sections detail the history of medicine. Don't miss this once-in-a-blue-moon chance to see the creepy cadavers. It'll be dead good.

This event is part of Open House London. Free tickets are limited and must be booked in advance.
