Time Out says

Teeny tiny Brick Lane bar and bottle shop Kill The Cat is celebrating its seventh birthday (or 44th in cat years) on Saturday October 21 by parlaying their usual World’s Smallest Beer Festival into the World's Smallest Bar Crawl. On top of the 15 taps of beer across both sites and you'll get to stagger back and forth between their Spitalfields and Brick Lane locations with cat-like tread, and sample a special menu for the day. Look out for surprise beer releases, ad-hoc pourings and all manner of ale-based adventures. Tickets guarantee you access to the party, and you’ll also get a branded Kill The Cat tote bag and a free first pour. Sounds purrfect.
