The Wool Ride

As part of Prince Charles' Campaign for Wool, which aims to raise awareness of the environmental benefits of the fluffy fibre, cyclists of all abilities are invited to wrap up warm and ride a 13.4 mile route past some of London's loveliest landmarks. Following the bike ride, participants will be welcomed back to Potters Fields for the Woollen Cycle Workshop. Everyone’s welcome at the afternoon's celebrations, where there'll also live music, prizes for those in the best woollen outfit and a marquee full of food, drinks and, well, wool. The whole event is free, but register in advance on the Campaign for Wool website if you'd like to take part in the cycling.
