Get your fill of the palm-sized tortillas and wash them down with glugs of agave spirit at the The Tacover Taco and Tequila Festival. Twelve of the UK’s best taco traders will be taking over Richmond Athletic Ground for the occasion, alongside eight tequila and margarita bars so you can spend the day chowing down on spicy fillings from the likes of Los Gordos, La Chingada and CDMX Tacos and sipping on everything from frozen margs to palomas. Tacos will be sold at £4 a pop. Look out for competitions for the best margarita and cocktail bar, expert mixologists mixing drinks, DJs and chaotic-sounding games like the ‘No Hands Eating Contest’. Prepare to get messy.
