Songs by human and machine voices and clouds of words donated by visitors blend in a digital projection to make this year's tree for the V&A.
The installation was conceived by Es Devlin, a designer best known for her light sculptures for Beyoncé, Kanye, Adele's live shows and productions at the Royal Opera House and the National Theatre, and was created in collaboration by Luke Halls, a video designer for Adele, Rambert, the Barbican and the Almeida, as a way to create a sonic sculpture of words, poetry, music and song.
Add festive words to the tree when you visit in person, and by submitting suggestions online.
