Revealed for the first time at The Making of Harry Potter are some of ways in which the Dark Arts were brought to life for the 'Harry Potter' films. As well as discovering how costumes for the most infamous characters were developed, there's a chance to learn about the make-up techniques used to help the actors get into character – how, for instance, an extra layer of fabric was added to Voldermort's costume every time he became more powerful and how Aragog, the giant spider, was covered with yak hair, sisal and hemp. Other attractions include a 'lesson' in the Potions classroom, where some 500 potions jars with handwritten labels are displayed.
