A display of models in wood and card of cathedrals, constructed by the model maker and architect William Gorringe. Subjects include Canterbury, Exeter and Hereford cathedrals, Westminster Abbey and St Peter's, Rome. The collection was instigated by the royal composer and organist Sir Herbert Oakeley and given to Canterbury Cathedral in 1916 by his brother, Edward Murray Oakeley.
