Sniff out this late nighter at the Wellcome for an exploration of all things associated with the nose – including talks, performances, interactive events and drop-in sessions, all of them free and all of them promising to shed light on this most overlooked of body parts. Highlights include a talk by ear, nose and throat surgeon Simon Gane, historian Julie Anderson's pictorial journey through noses in history, the 'The Smell of Envy’, a performance piece by Colin Lever investigating the neuroscience of smell, space and memory, and a nose flute lesson with musician Ansuman Biswas. There are lots of other events on too; see the website for full details. Talks will be ticketed with tickets available on the night from 7pm.
