Time Out says

Fanny Brawne, Keats's neighbour and later his fiancée, is the subject of this exhibition, which focuses on Brawne's interest in Regency fashions and dressmaking. The show's title comes from Hester Chapone who, in the late-1700s, wrote that idleness was inexcusable in women 'because the needle is always at hand'.
