The owner and chef from The Laksa Kitchen have travelled from Kuala Lumpur to Borneo in their quest to perfect this Malaysian menu of spring rolls, fritters, chicken satay and – of course – laksas. Their committment paid off; they're currently serving up rich, coconutty bowls of goodness that are as delicious as noodle soup gets, and the starters and sides are top notch, too. Their summer residency was consistently packed, so booking a table is a smart move.
