'The Jam Tree Rum Festival' promises to transport Londoners to the sun-soaked shores of the Caribbean with cocktails using everything from light, white rums to the beguiling navy spice. Head along for informative tastings, fun cocktail classes, a rum-soaked summer barbecue menu, and, of course, rum cocktails.
