The Icelandic Pantry

Farmers, fishermen and other independent food producers from Iceland (the country not the frozen food emporium) will be selling their wares in Borough Market. Blueberry-cured lamb, geothermically produced sea salt and rhubarb caramels will all be on offer, and the 14 stalls have been specially chosen from the Reykjavik event's line-up to represent all of Iceland's different regions.
