Celebrate Jewish culture both past and present at this day-long festival championing the Yiddish East End. Highlights include a screening of 'Cable Street to Brick Lane', a critically acclaimed documentary exploring the fight against racism in the East End and how different communities have come together throughout time to challenge the perpetrators (6pm). Tasting tours taking in the local area are scheduled throughout the day and from 9pm, the Don Kipper ensemble will be entertaining guests with their playful take on traditional music forms. Families are encouraged to attend between 1pm-6pm when the main space will be packed with activities the little ones will also enjoy including 'crafternoon' sessions with JW3, bread making and pickling workshops, storytelling and a Cockney-Yiddish music show.
