The House Mill is a Grade I-listed, eighteenth-century tidal mill. Built in 1776 on an existing pre-Domesday site, it is the largest existing tidal mill in the world. Guided tours of the mill take place every Sunday from May to October (11am-4pm) and on the first Sundays in March, April and December (11am-3.15pm). The Miller's House Café is open during Mill opening hours. It also hosts events throughout the year.
