Lyle's in Shoreditch runs a monthly dinner which sees highly regarded chefs from all over the world serve up a specially devised set menu. Last year Jeremy Charles from Raymonds in Newfoundland brought over his favoured maple syrup in his personal luggage to make sure it arrived safe and sound. In November it'll be Jeremiah Stone and Fabian Von Hauske of Contra/Wildair in New York and in January 2017 Daniela Soto-Innes of Cosme, also in New York, will be in charge.
