The Garden of Edible and Useful Plants

Advertising

Time Out says

A new, half-acre garden displaying the plant species we depend on – forest fruits, superfoods and plants used for hygiene, science and the arts, some beautiful, others bizarre. A series of interlinked spaces, the design is inspired by eighteenth-century potagers. Raised beds are home to plant displays, while other areas are dedicated to teaching, with a few secluded seating areas in which to sit back and contemplate the garden, its compact vineyard and 'living plant amphitheatre'.
