Time Out says

It may be small, Greenwich’s Fan Museum is a mighty addition to London’s cultural scene. This beautiful museum houses in a pair of restored Georgian townhouses is dedicated to the history of handheld fans and the craft of fan-making. See its 3,000 ornate specimens from all over the world, some dating back to the eleventh century, by candlelight at these series of pre-Christmas late opening evenings. The night will soundtracked by classical festive favourites and the buildings’ Orangery will be serving up free glasses of mulled wine and cider. Book in advance.
